Hosted Hanson Fanfiction

I will be hosting some Hanson fan fiction on this blog.
Earlier “The Gifted Ones” was a homepage, but I’ve decided keep the stories on my blog.
I have asked for permission from the authors before posting them here.

G Suitable for young children to read.
PG Some curse words, some violence, some sex, but nothing graphic.
R A lot of bad profanity, graphic sex, graphic gore and/or explicit violence. Not suitable reading for anyone under legal age.
NC-17 Extremely graphic violence, gore, and/or sex. Not suitable reading for anyone under legal age and some adults! This replaced the old ‘X’ rating.

Title: Time Goes On
Author: Chelle
Chapters: ??
Rating:
NC-17
Summary: I loved him from the very beginning. He was my life, my world. I couldn’t imagine how I’d ever managed to live without him. I had thought I knew him… I knew his voice, his playing, his randomness, his crazy responses to questions and comments. I’d studied his pictures until his face was eternally burned into my mind. He still had mysteries though… his eyes held a deepness that seemed almost like an endless story waiting for someone who’d care enough to find it. I remember the effortless way he could make me laugh…
If only I’d known the true person beneath the skin…
If only I’d known the anger and loneliness that was there down deep…
If only I’d known how things would change.
He’s not able to answer the questions his fans have. The true story was never told.
No one ever knew what had really happened… until now.
Warnings: Alcohol-usage, cursing, violence, rape.

Chapters: Chapter 1, Epilogue
Rating: PG-13
Excerpt: “Not to worry, he was so quiet, we didn’t even realize he was there. I’m sure the killer didn’t notice him any more than we did.”
The boy’s parents eyed the detective dubiously.
It was hard to have faith in a man who had allowed their 12 year old son to sit in a train-car of death, surrounded by mutilated bodies, more than likely in shock, for more than six hours, because he was “so quiet we didn’t even realize he was there.”

Title: Listen to the Silence

Chapters: 16 (Unfinished)
Rating: PG-13
Summary: This isn’t a Hanson fan fiction, but it could be fun to read if you the other stories Sheryl’s written.

Title: Mirror Image
Author: Sheryl
Rating: PG-13
Excerpt: Dropping down onto the steps, next to the bored ticket taker, Taylor nodded in his brother’s direction. “He really never had any use for these things before. I don’t know why it was so important.”
The carnie shrugged. “You never know. But he’ll like this one. It’s… like nothing you’ve ever seen. You guys should try it.”
Isaac shook his head. “No, I spent half a day once, lost in a house of mirrors. Not my idea of fun. I’ll pass.”
The carnie nodded then, remarking shortly. “Only one mirror in there. But you do what you like. Your brother should come out over there. If he comes out at all.” Taylor’s brows knit. “Why wouldn’t he come out?”
The carnie shrugged. “Lots to do in there. People get… distracted.”
Taylor scowled at the entrance. “Great. No line, but a zillion things for him to get all wound up in. Good trade.”

Title: Out of Order
Author: Sheryl
Chapters: Chapter 1, Chapter 2 (End)
Rating: PG-13
Excerpt from Chapter 1: “Out of order… perfect.” Sighing, he headed back to the elevator. Figured. Well, there was always the next floor down.
By the time he’d reached the lobby, Zac began to suspect that someone was messing around with him. How could every single coke machine be out of order? There were 42 of them in the hotel. And as far as he could tell, at least 39 of them were out of order.
He hadn’t tried the top three floors yet, preferring to go as far away from germ central as he could. Scowling, he headed for the lobby.

Title: Time Out of Mind
Chapters: Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3, Chapter 4
Author: Sheryl
Rating: PG-13
Excerpt: Their fingers brushed and Taylor’s words died in his throat. Zac’s fingers were icy, bluish, frozen, and when Taylor looked up, he saw the wizened face of an ancient.
“If you know what’s good for you…” The voice grating as shards of broken crockery. “If you want to live, don’t go.”

Exceprt from Chapter 22: “You people are in crisis. You have a kid with a huge problem. A really, really huge, mind-boggling, life destroying problem. Yet you bury your heads in the sand and pretend that, because you pulled him home, and watched him finish withdrawal, because he’s not any longer in the situation, it’s all okay. You’re all sitting around wondering why, if it’s all over, is he still acting so damn strange? You’re all so angry at him, for not just jumping back into things as if nothing had ever happened. You’ve been told to let him alone, and things will all work out. I’m very sorry, but that’s like trying to say that two Aspirins for the aches, and a nice coat of makeup to improve your color, will cure the pneumonia that’s killing you! You’ve eradicated a symptom, that’s all you’ve done. Things look okay on the surface, but inside, everything’s coming apart. And it’s not just Taylor. You all are so blown away that you can’t even scrape up the motivation to call the cops, to get rid of the idiots standing around in your yard! You’re looking at every single obstacle in your path as something else to ignore, and hope it goes away. How far down that road do you think you can go?”
